Start using Nimbus in just a few days
MEETING WITH THE NIMBUS TEAM (30 minutes)
We look forward to meeting you and introducing Nimbus to you. If you are interested, we will walk you through the integration process.

CONFIGURATION SELECTION - FORM (5 minutes)
You fill out a short questionnaire that defines the basic platform settings.
This includes language selection, absence management rules, and the types of absences you use.
DATA PREPARATION (1 day)
We provide you with a Google Sheets template with clear instructions for data entry.
You should enter information about employees and their absence balances.
AUTHORIZATION SETUP (1 hour)
Together with your IT team, we define the platform login method.
We recommend using existing systems such as Google, Microsoft Azure, or Okta, in accordance with your internal standards.
DATA VERIFICATION AND EMPLOYEE NOTIFICATION (1 hour)
The admin team gets access to the platform and a final review of data and settings is performed.
After confirmation, employees receive a notification and access to the Nimbus platform.
