In this flow, employee request vacation which will automatically take remaining balance of the carryover days and rest from current year annual leave. Beside that, it will also request one sick day.

Roles

Depending on their role, users can create, edit and respond to different types of leave requests.

Users and admin can respectively view and edit user balances for various leave types. In the user management section, admins can add new users or modify existing ones, update their information, assign roles, and manage balances.

Admins can also submit leave requests on behalf of employees, respond to requests, and make necessary edits.
